HealthTech and Medicines KTN

OVERVIEW 

The HealthTech and Medicines KTN is built on the former Medical Devices Faraday Partnership, with a remit to include all health technologies except pharmaceuticals.  The KTN is an overarching network in Health Technologies, set up to bring together the views of all in business, research organisations, clinics, academia, trade associations, the financial market and others in the value network across the medical devices and healthcare community. 

OBJECTIVES  

The KTN will provide a range of activities and initiatives to enable the exchange of knowledge and the stimulation of business innovation.  The KTN will continue successful initiatives like the technology translation, Special Interest Groups, the Clinician's Forum as well as expand or grow activities that highlight UK strenghts and develop technology platforms that can make an impact on the UK's economy.
